In Ancient Greek literature, nostos is a word used to describe the journey home, typically by the way of the sea. In early Greek poetry, nostos is a song of homecoming. In my evolving collection of pottery, nostos is the return to the intrigues and memories of raw volcanic rock and wine dark seas.
